Food was established as a co-packer of Nabisco products, operating under the name Doubek Cookie Company. Since a change of ownership in 1989, Pure’s
has grown through it’s ability to create quality products at a valued price. Even with the newly renovated 80,000 square foot facility and 60,000 pounds a
day output, the company continues to be run like a small family business.
